Many times, blogs about technical things can be quite boring.  So, it’s important to keep them interesting and fun.

There are several aspects of blogs that can create an entertainment factor, two of which are listed below.

Be sure to note that although these aspects are always useful, sometimes they’re not necessary. It’s important to determine the audience you are writing for prior to using these aspects.

  1. Graphics

When blogging, it often helps to include images. Whether they are just headers or infographics.  It gives the audience something to physically see.  It helps them to better understand the blog topic, and in many cases it draws their attention in the first place.

  1. Comparisons

Comparing a technical topic to something realistic and enjoyable is often an easy way to get a point across.

This helps the reader to relate your topic to something that they are familiar with, which in turn helps them better understand the topic.

It’s important to learn how to be a superstar in the blogging world, or at least in your blogging niche. By adding different visual and entertainment aspects, you are offering something more to your readers than just words. You’re offering them an experience!

This all ties back to swimming in the fact that you already know how to swim.  Why not soak in the attention? You’re on a roll to becoming a swimming superstar, and you want to show the world your tricks! These are just a couple of ideas to spice up your writing, and how to gain more attention.

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. If you enjoyed, be sure to share with your friends and colleagues on social media sites.
