2017 was quite the year. Whether you hoped it would stay longer or couldn't wait for 2018, there were definitely some great things that happened this year on social media! At the end of the year I had one question for the team: Who or what inspired you? Was there anything specific a brand did that inspired more creativity? Was there one person on Instagram whose passion for what they did made you want to strive to become better at what you do?

"I was told to follow Man Repeller by my best friend on a high school senior beach trip and #noregrets.
Man Repeller has an identity all their own. They are creative, quirky and stylish. Nearly every image they post to their Instagram is a call to action to click the link in their bio which sends you to their website. The time spent interacting with their brand is significantly higher than just pressing a 'like.' Once on their website, Man Repeller has an archive of articles that cover nearly every topic from a personal perspective.
One of their strengths is that their journalists build a personal connection with their readers. After following the account for a while I know who each writer is, what they will probably write about and their style of journalism. A talented team of journalists partnered with stunning imagery is the perfect recipe for a killer Instagram page."

This is just a fitness account but it is inspiring in my own life to keep a positive attitude and always try my hardest and persevere. This can be translated into not only fitness and overall health (which is very important) but also into my work life.That's a win-win. Alyssa has turned herself into a brand - making t-shirt’s with her Instagram handle and always encouraging her followers to be kind and positive in whatever they love to do.
