Hello, friends! Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram all updated their features this week! Check it out!

FACEBOOK

Facebook is getting more transparent with 'Issue Ads' Tags

Starting today, all election-related and issue ads on Facebook and Instagram in the US must be clearly labeled – including a “Paid for by” disclosure from the advertiser at the top of the ad. This will help ensure that you can see who is paying for the ad – which is especially important when the Page name doesn’t match the name of the company or person funding the ad.”

Messenger Polls have arrived and they're just like any other poll on your social media apps to get feedback from your friends.

SNAPCHAT

Airbnb or Snapchat. Did you see that one coming? I didn't. Airbnb will now have 'Travel Stories' which is an exact spin off of what Snapchat came up with in the first place. You'll be able to showcase your travels through short videos. Interesting.

Also new on Snapchat this week is audio-triggered lenses! The lens has glowing ears and when you make noise your ears will grow and glow depending on how much noise you actually make! It's a pretty neat idea!

INSTAGRAM

Last but not least, Instagram added a way to easily share your Instagram story to your Facebook story. Will this finally encourage people to actually use their Facebook story??
