Creative. Adventerous. Delightful.

All of these words describe Heather Hardman. Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, Hardman brings her spunk to the SociallyIn team as a content producer. Check out why we love her and why you should too!

Q: Do you have a go-to karaoke song?

A: Wonderwall by Oasis, because you don't have to be a very good singer and there's not many words.

Q: What's your favorite place to eat?

A: Olive Garden. I could eat pasta every day for the rest of my life and I probably will.

Q: What are some of your hobbies?

A: Some of my favorite things to do are Crossfit, concerts, cooking, and biking. As long as I'm being active or outdoors, I'm happy.

Q: Where is your favorite place to be?

A: Skiing down a mountain or at the gym.

Q: Do you have any guilty pleasures?

A: Definitely Mad Men. I could watch that show for hours.

Q: Fun Facts?

A: I was a competitive figure skater up until I came to college. I started when I was four and skated every morning before school. It's something I miss doing every day.

I also have a 100 lb Great Dane/Mastiff who just turned one! My friend was fostering him and I took him running, immedietly fell in love, and adopted him a couple days later!  He's just a big sweetheart.

Q: What do you like most about working at SociallyIn?

A: What I like most about working at SociallyIn is the variety of projects I get to work on. I get to work on websites, graphics, gifs, and so much more. All of my co-workers are great too—obviously.

Q: Tell everyone about the 4K for Cancer you're doing this summer.

A: So this summer I will be traveling with a group of college-aged students on a 70 day, 4000+ mile bike ride from Baltimore to Seattle, raising money and awareness for the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults. I'm extremely excited to get this opportunity to challenge myself, but also to spend my final summer in college doing something so much bigger than myself. It's something I will never forget; and, as much as I hope to change lives—I know mine will be changed in the process and I cannot wait!

"For what it's worth: it's never too late, or in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. If you find that you're not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again."
